- Express Delivery: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping where available, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors such as weather, traffic, or local delivery restrictions.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can track your order’s status in real-time.
5. Packaging and Handling
We take extra care in packaging our seafood to ensure it arrives fresh and intact. Our products are carefully packed using insulated materials and ice packs to keep your items cold during transit.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or you experience any delivery issues, please contact us right away so we can resolve the situation.
- Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to ship internationally or to certain remote areas where delivery may not be possible.
